“Con la ley del aborto voluntario aprobada, se viene una lucha contra los obstáculos que la religión, los objetores de conciencia y lxs antiderechos pondrán en cada provincia argentina. Referentes de Tucumán, Mendoza, Río Negro, Jujuy y Salta reflexionan sobre la situación en sus territorios”.

La aprobación en el Congreso Nacional de la ley de Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo (IVE) vino a saldar una antigua deuda de la democracia argentina con los cuerpos gestantes. Con la reglamentación de la ley, el escenario que se abre plantea diversos interrogantes sobre la aplicación de la legislación en todo el territorio nacional, las posibles estrategias que desplieguen los objetores de conciencia y otros obstáculos propios de la diversidad ideológica que hay en la Argentina, con un claro peso de las cultos religiosos en ciertas zonas. Proponemos una mirada federal para entender la complejidad de lo que se viene.
